Air Notes by O₂ Rhythm is a supportive emotional wellness tool designed for children ages 3–17. It provides age-appropriate breathing exercises, grounding techniques, creative writing prompts, and a space to read kind messages from peers.
Air Notes is not a medical device, clinical therapy service, or emergency service. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or professional mental health care. If a child is in distress or danger, please call 911 or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
For children under 13, Air Notes requires verifiable parental consent before use in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.
Notes shared publicly are reviewed by a human moderator before appearing in the app. Notes are stored with minimal metadata. We do not use children's data for advertising.
Notes marked for sharing are reviewed by O₂ Rhythm staff before publication. We reserve the right to decline any submission. Shared notes display age group information (e.g., "Written by a 9 year old") but never include names, contact information, or identifiable details.
